These tools are used in conjunction with our new video Shaolin Secret Iron Body Training (see Iron Palm, Iron Body, Dit Da Jow page). They help condition your body to withstand blows. The beginning bag is filled with mung beans, and the intermediate bag is filled with gravel.
The bags are not filled to maximum capacity, allowing some room for the mung beans or gravel to move around. This helps the user adjust the density of material, as well as choose different ways to grip the training bag.
