Blade: The Tang Dynasty straight sword has a unique diamond pattern 8 sided blade that is hand-forged Damascus Steel with a mirror polished finish.ﾂ It has aﾂfull-tang making itﾂstrong and sturdy. The blade is sharp and one side has the stamp of the Shen Guang Long sword factory.
Scabbard and Fittings:ﾂThe fittings, guard, and pommel made of brass are detailed with the crane and twin cranes to symbolize the longevity of this sword. The guard has a protruding bamboo stem with the bamboo leafs at both ends symbolizing the strength. The fitting also show the bamboo lucky flower to bring luck. ﾂThe scabbard and handle are made from aged Ebony, making them both very strong and aesthetically pleasing with a very dark, almost black wood color. Includes brown deluxe tassel and lanyard.
