The Monkey King Staff is constructed of stainless steel. These Monkey King Staffs can be used for vaulting and have been tested to do pull ups of 220 lbs. without bending.
This staff is recommended for practice of Monkey-style staff as well as any traditional style kung fu. It is heavier than most wood staffs of the same length.
